In order to ensure that all SOF locations are as successful as the original, we require all potential Franchise operators to take part in our 4 week SOF Franchise Training Program course. Through out these 4 weeks you will take part in instructing on an actual SOF Basic Training course, where you will see how each day of our training unfolds in its unique way. You will also receive daily instruction from the Directors of SOF in all aspects of running an SOF location.
When you start your first course a member from SOF’s corporate training staff will be with you for your first week. They will help you instruct on the course and deal with any administrative issues that may arise. By the end of that first week that staff member will leave with you a detailed 3 month training plan specific to your city.
In this way, we remove all of the guess work for you, leaving you to simply carry on running your location and making money!
